Terms of Use
Last updated: 27 September 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Rakesh Kumar, the operator of SquadAdda (India). By creating an account you accept these terms, our Privacy Policy and our Community Guidelines.
1. Who can use SquadAdda
You must be at least 16. If you are 16 or 17, a parent or guardian must approve your account. Some games have a higher age limit (for example 18+ for GTA 6 and GTA Online). Give accurate information, including your date of birth.
2. Your account
You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your email and login accounts secure. One person, one account. Usernames can’t be changed and must not impersonate anyone.
3. Playing with others
SquadAdda helps you find teammates; we don’t control what happens inside games. Gamer IDs are entered by players and are not verified by us. Be careful before sharing anything beyond your gamer ID, and never share passwords or payment details.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of what you post (messages, help posts, profile text). You give us a non-exclusive, free licence to host and show it on SquadAdda for as long as needed to run the service. Don’t post content you don’t have the right to share.
5. Rules and moderation
You must follow the Community Guidelines. We may remove content and warn, mute, suspend or ban accounts that break them. Ratings must reflect real matches; attempts to manipulate Trust Scores are not allowed.
6. Service and changes
SquadAdda is free for players. We may add, change or remove features, and the service may sometimes be unavailable. We will try to give notice of major changes.
7. Not affiliated with game publishers
SquadAdda is an unofficial fan platform and is not affiliated with Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive, Krafton, Sony, Microsoft or any other publisher or platform.
8. Liability
SquadAdda is provided “as is”. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for the behaviour of other players, for losses inside games, or for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Indian consumer law.
9. Ending your account
You can delete your account anytime in Settings. We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms or the law.
10. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan have jurisdiction over disputes. Please contact our Grievance Officer first; most issues can be solved quickly.
11. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we will update the date at the top and tell you in the app for important changes.
